PerformaSleep 10-Year Warranty

PerformaSleep™ offers a 10-year limited warranty to the original purchaser of the mattress.  Proof of purchase and validation of date of purchase are required for processing any claims.  Warranty is non transferable.

This 10-Year Warranty is limited to material defects resulting from defective materials or manufacturer error in the PerformaSleep product you have purchased. 


The following defects are covered under the PerformaSleep 10-Year Warranty, provided that they occur only under situations in which you have handled, maintained and utilized the product for its intended use, and have not subjected it to conditions that are likely to lead to early deterioration or damage beyond normal wear.

The 10-Year Warranty Covers The Following Conditions Or Occurrences: 

  • Notable indentation greater than 1.5 inches that is not caused by normal sag overtime, improper handling, installation or inadequate support from a solid foundation and/or bed frame designed to properly carry the weight of the mattress and the original purchaser. 
  • Manufacturing defects or notable flaws that result in any edge of the mattress measuring more than 1 inch out of dimensional specifications when placed on a flat surface or solid foundation.
  • Physical flaws in the foam material that suggest degradation, split or crack, despite normal installation, handling and usage.

The 10-Year Warranty DOES NOT Cover The Following Conditions Or Occurrences: 

  • Any indentation or sag that is less than 10% of original mattress height.
  • Any rips, tears or indentations that are caused by improper handling, installation or use. The PerformaSleep mattress is designed to be fully supported by a solid and flat foundation such as a bed frame, box spring, adjustable base or floor. If you have questions about how to install your PerformaSleep mattress, please contact customer service. 
  • Slight softening of the mattress over time under normal use as this does not adversely affect the mattress.
  • Consumer abuse or misuse of the mattress that results in the product being damaged, such as but not limited to stains, spilt fluids, cuts, rips, tears, etc.
  • Normal wear, tear or imperfections that occur through normal use of mattress through warranty period.
  • Medical conditions, allergies or other health claims from product use, if any of these conditions occur, seek guidance from a licensed physician.

  • First 18 months from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace 100% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  • Months 19 thru 36 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 80% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  • Months 37 thru 60 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 60% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  • Months 61 thru 96 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 40% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  • Months 97 thru 120 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 20% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
