PerformaSleep™ Limited Mattress Warranty

PerformaSleep™ offers a 10 year limited warranty to the original purchaser of the mattress.  Proof of purchase and validation of date of purchase is required for processing any claims.  Warranty is nontransferable.

PerformaSleep™ mattresses are designed to offer a tranquil experience when used properly.  The uniqueness of PerformaSleep™ memory foam technology does not require any break-in period.  As you sleep on our mattress we request you try risk free for minimum 30 days to truly appreciate the pressure relieving performance of our memory foam product.

Our 10 year prorated warranty is simple and easy to follow:

  1. First 18 months from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace 100% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  2. Months 19 thru 36 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 80% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  3. Months 37 thru 60 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 60% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  4. Months 61 thru 96 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 40% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.
  5. Months 97 thru 120 from original date of purchase PerformaSleep™ will repair or replace prorated 20% of mattress or cover expense to consumer for verified defect.

The warranty does not cover following conditions or occurrences:

  1. Improper installation or use as all mattresses are design to be fully supported by solid flat foundation, box spring, floor, ground etc.
  2. Indentation less than 10% of original mattress height
  3. Slight softening of mattress under normal use as this does not adversely affect mattress performance.
  4. Consumer abuse or misuse of mattress that results in product being damaged such as but not limited to spilling fluids, cuts, staining etc.
  5. Normal wear, tear or imperfections that occur through normal use of mattress through warranty period.
  6. Medical conditions, allergies or other health claims from product use, if any of these conditions occur seek guidance from licensed physician.
  7. Losing your job from severe oversleeping resulting in numerous company reprimands!
