Where is the mattress manufactured?
The PerformaSleep™ mattress is handcrafted in the good ole U.S.A. The foam manufacturing is down in the state of Georgia and the cover materials come out of South Carolina.
When can I expect my mattress to ship?
The PerformaSleep™ mattress typically ships within 2-4 business days. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that will delay this any longer you will be notified by one of our team members.
How will my mattress ship?
Your mattress will ship compressed in a box to you via FedEx.
What size box does the mattress ship in?
The PerformaSleep™ mattress box dimensions are 20x21x40.
How many people does it take to unpack the mattress?
We recommend that two people place the mattress into the room it will belong to. Once the mattress is placed in its new room then one person can handle the rest.
How long until my mattress is ready for sleeping?
Once the mattress has been opened and placed we ask that you allow for 8-10 hours before sleeping. If you don’t have 8-10 hours to let the mattress sit then please start enjoying your mattress immediately.
What do I do if I don’t like my mattress?
We highly doubt this will ever come about, but if for some reason this happens we will ask a couple of things:
- We ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before returning it. When you buy a new mattress it takes a little time for your body to adjust to that new mattress–most people will adjust immediately but others will take a little time. This is because a new mattress is going to feel completely different than your old mattress. Why? Your new mattress is giving you proper support to allow for a proper spinal alignment and your body is most likely not used to that from your old mattress.
- If you have slept on your mattress for 30 nights and still are dissatisfied then please just contact us through our contact page and we will take care of this for you.
How do I return my mattress?
If you have done all the proper things we ask and are still dissatisfied within the 100 night trial then no worries, just contact us through our contact page and we will get it taken care of for you.
Can I return my PerformaPillow(s)?
Unfortunately, no. At this time our pillows are nonrefundable and can not be returned. That being said, we are confident you will love them and see cooler, more comfortable nights right away.

How long will it take my body to adjust to my new mattress?
Everyone’s body is different but if you have already been sleeping on an all-foam mattress we believe you will adjust immediately and begin to notice a difference in your performance immediately. If you have been sleeping on any type of spring mattress it might take your body a little more time to adjust and this is why we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow for this process to happen. Some people’s bodies are just a little more stubborn than others.
I see the PerformaSleep mattress cover is removable. Can I machine wash it?
At this time, the PerformaSleep mattress cover is designed for easy removal to be spot cleaned or dry cleaned only.
Can I wash my PerformaPillow case?
Yes! The cover on the PerformaPillow are removable and washable, and we recommend you wash them regularly. Remove the cover and machine wash with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle with cool water. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
